AOEC is thrilled to announce our book club read for this school year is Alice Wong’s Disability Visibility. By now, you may have learned that Alice Wong passed away on November 14th. We mourn her passing and look forward to relishing her work with you.
 
Our executive committee chose this particular book because we feel it is necessary to explore the realm of Disability Justice to understand how we all produce and perpetuate ableism in our communities. Alice Wong invites us in this anthology to learn from disabled artists and activists so we can manifest love and justice in our communities, because inclusion is solidarity.

Cost: $10 - $20 sliding scale (this fee covers all four sessions)
Time & Date: 10:00-11:30am on the following Saturdays:
